Terms And Conditions:
1. All tourists are requested to read and understand all the terms and conditions before enrollment.
2. It shall be considered that all tourists has read, understood and agreed with the terms and conditions before confirming the booking.
3. DD’S keeps right of accept and reject any booking without stating the reason.
4. DD’S keeps all rights for alterations and cancellations of tour, arrangements and programme.
5. All tourists have to follow all rules and regulations of the Nation, State, Local Authorities and DD’S.
6. It shall be considered that all the tourists have allotted all rights to the DD’S for all reservations, cancellations, and alterations wherever required.
7. No expenses shall be contributed by the DD’S other than specified in the tour cost.
8. DD’S keeps right to use any photograph of the tour for advertisement and publication without notice.
9. This cancels all previous published by DD’S.
10. All the tours cost are based on present rates; any hike in the rates shall be chargeable extra.
11. Air: DD’S shall not be responsible for rates, schemes, rules and regulations of the Air Companies.
12. Rail: Rail booking starts 90 days before the journey date hence, tourist has to take care as so.
13. Hotel: Hotels and rooms shall be booked as specified and availability. Extras will be direct payment by tourists.
14. Transport: DD’S shall not be responsible for any inconvenience caused due to transport beyond the control. And shall not contribute any expense made by tourist other than specified at the time of booking.
15. Claims: DD'S shall not responsible for any types of claims charged by tourist/s other than DD'S
16. Luggage: Keep your baggage as minimum as possible and maximum shall be conforms to Air, Road, Shipping and Rail Transport Authorities. All tourists are requested to do not carry any illegal material and pay taxes.
17. Sight seeing: The scheduled sight seeing subjected to availability and extra at personal risk and cost.
18. Payment: 50 % at the time of booking. Balance before 30 days of commencement of tour or as demanded by the DD’S. Cash payment shall be accepted at DD’S office only. Out station cheques shall not be accepted.
19. Refund:
- All tourists are recommended to insure theirself and their belongings.
- Refund shall be paid on submission of written request and original receipts by the first person on the Booking Request.
- All refunds shall be paid by deduction of cancellation charges, service charges, taxes, etc. as applicable.
- All refunds shall be paid after 30 days from acceptance of the written cancellation request.
- All refunds shall be paid by accounts payee cheque/s only on the name of the first person on the Booking Request.
- No interest shall be paid on refund.
- Tour cancellation charges do not calculates cancellation charges for Air, Rail, and Road, Ship transportation.
- Cancellation charges based on declared tour cost and scheduled departure date only.

10 days prior – 50 %
Less than 10 days – 100 %20. Suggestions:
- All tourists are requested to do not carry any valuables during the tour.
- All the tourists are requested to take care of their all belongings including Passport, Journey Tickets, Credit cards, Luggage, Identity Cards.
- All positive suggestions are always welcome.
- The tour member shall submit all negative suggestions in writing within 14 days on completion of the tour.
- Negative suggestions submitted elsewhere than the DD’S office shall not be considered.
21. Damages:
- It shall be considered that, participation of all tourists shall on their own risk and cost.
- It shall be anticipated that, all participants shall in good health condition and immunized and carrying valid medical certificates.
- All participants are requested to carry self-medical history card and medicines.
- The company shall not contribute in any medical expenses during and after the tour.
- The company shall not liable for any kind of delay, discomfort, and consequential loss in excursion beyond the limit.
- Loss or damages to the any livelihood and/or properties shall be on personal account of tourists.
- The company shall not be held responsible for any purchase made by tourists.
22. Jurisdiction: All disputes shall be solved within Mumbai Jurisdiction.
